Jane's services include complete estate planning and trust or probate administration. Jane will also explain appropriate beneficiary designations on insurance and retirement plans, the income tax advantages of holding property in community property or tenancy in common, and answer any questions you may have surrounding the estate planning process.

In the future, Jane is available to update or revise your estate plan, as your familial and financial situations change. Following a death, Jane is also available to assist you or your designated trustee or executor to implement your estate plan, arrange for appraisals of your assets, transfer title to your beneficiaries, and file all required income, estate or real property tax forms.
