At European Car Repair, we realize that the cars you bring to us are more than simply transportation.  They are highly engineered machines both inside and out.  For such high end vehicles, you want professionals who not only specialize in the cars you drive, but also who are accessible.

Most dealerships are large operations, employing dozens of technicians and servicing hundreds of cars a month.  Because of this, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to speak directly to the person working on your car.  Instead, it is probable that you get stuck talking to a “Service Advisor” who is paid to act as an intermediary between customers and the technicians.  

When you bring your car to European Car Repair, we treat you and your car with the utmost respect and personal care.  We are small enough to provide the white glove service you want with the same high level of training and professional expertise as the dealerships.

Jaclyn has been in the automotive industry since 15 years of age when she started working at her father’s auto glass shop after school.  After graduating from college, she took a job at a Mercedes dealership in 2000.  In 2005, Jaclyn took over European Car Repair from its previous owner of 33 years, looking to continue its reputation of quality and personalized service.  She has a service advisor certificate, shop owner certificate, from Mercedes Benz and BMW with a ATI re-engineering certificate in addition to degrees in Business & Political Science.  Jaclyn is also proudly involved in her community, helping at local churches, hospitals & schools.
